Am I eligible?
To check your eligibility for all cases, including probation revocation cases, please email us at warrantforgiveness@da5.us.
What cases are eligible?
- Low-level, non-violent misdemeanors and traffic offenses.
- Some class 5 and class 6 felony property offenses.
- Class 4 drug felonies.
What cases are ineligible?
- Most felony offenses
- Victim's Rights Act Crimes
- 3rd degree assault
- Indecent exposure
- Unlawful Sexual Conduct
- Child Abuse
- Bias motivated crimes
- Domestic violence crimes
- Invasion of privacy
- Menacing
- Violation of a protection order (if Victim's Rights Act violations).
- 2nd or more DUI/DWAI
When should I attend?
Participants are encouraged to arrive early for this event to ensure their case(s) can be addressed. It is first come first served.
Will I be arrested?
No arrests will be made if you attend to address your active warrant.
What are my options?
You will be able to speak with a criminal defense attorney for a free consultation on eligible cases.
You can resolve your case or set a new court date.
You can get back on track to completing probation!
