Financial/HR Manager Position.

Office of the District Attorney, 5th Judicial District (Eagle, Summit, Clear Creek and Lake Counties) is seeking qualified candidates for a financial manager position. Candidates should have education and experience in all aspects of small business finance, including HR management, preferably government. Four-year degree in accounting, business, HR or similar field, or equivalent work experience. Ability to handle duties including: payroll, benefits, AP/AR, budget, audit, general fund management, hiring, termination. Salary commensurate with experience. Position available immediately. Pursuant to a case settlement a restitution fund has been created by the Breckenridge Police Department and the Fifth Judicial District Attorney’s office, compensating persons for thefts of snow sports equipment. Individuals who have had snow sport ski equipment stolen in the counties of Clear Creek, Summit, Eagle and Lake, and who have not received full compensation for their loss can only apply for compensation in relation to snow sport equipment loss if they have not already been made whole by any other 3rd party, such as, an insurance company.

5th Judicial District Attorney Office Seeking to Provide Assistance to Non-Profit Organizations that Work to Prevent Crimes and Assist Victims

DA5 Charitable Fund is seeking to provide financial assistance to non-profit organizations in Eagle, Summit, Lake and Clear Creek counties that provide goods and services that have been shown to:

1. Help prevent crimes or criminal activity;


2. Provide assistance to victims of crimes or criminal activity.

The DA5 Charitable Contribution Fund has been created for the purpose of providing assistance to those areas that are directly affected by criminal activity and for seeking justice for individuals and for our communities.

Our mission is to help improve the lives of the residents of the 5th Judicial District by preventing crimes from happening and offering assistance to those who are the victims of crimes.
